The Glen Mills Mustard Seed opened in 1990 in the Glen Eagle Shopping Center on Route 202, just south of Chadds Ford. In February 2002, the store moved to its present location .75 miles north of the Delaware state border in the Springwater Plaza, expanding to 2,800 square feet. Glen Mills serves not only Southern Chester County but also northern Wilmington, DE residents. The fourth Mustard Seed is known for its beautiful gift items which include wall decor suitable for the famous Chadds Ford area.

The Wayne Mustard Seed opened May 1975 on the corner of West and N. Wayne Avenues. In February 1978 the store moved to its present location at 150 East Lancaster Avenue. As of April 2006, the Wayne store remodeled its nearly 1,800 square feet to better serve its customers and feature its selection of Bibles and books.

The Exton Mustard Seed opened in 1978 in the Exton Square Mall. In 1989, the store expanded and moved across Route 100 into the new Whiteland Towne Center. In 1999, the store grew to its present size of 3,600 square feet when it moved across the parking lot to be next to the Acme Supermarket. The Exton Mustard Seed has long been known for its strength in all genres of Christian music.
